HONOLUA MARTINI

Ingredients

1 ½ oz OCEAN Vodka

1 oz Cranberry Juice

Squeeze of Fresh Upcountry Lime

Place all ingredients into a shaker with ice and bruise. Pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lime.

 

LEMON DROP MARTINI

Ingredients

1 ½ oz OCEAN Vodka

1 oz Fresh Lemonade

Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice and bruise. Pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish rim with sugar.

 

OCEAN KULA LAVENDER MARTINI (FEATURED AT FOUR SEASONS LANAI)

Ingredients

3 oz Vanilla Infused Ocean Vodka

½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

¼ oz. Lavender Syrup or 3 Sprigs Fresh Lavender

Sugar for Rim

1 Fresh Lavender Sprig

Muddle fresh lavender in the bottom of a shaker, add drop of vanilla extract if vodka is not infused with fresh vanilla. Add remaining ingredients and bruise. Pour into a chilled martini glass, garnish with sugar and lavender.

 

OCEAN PARADISE

Ingredients

2 oz. Ocean Vodka

3 oz. fresh pineapple juice

Dash of hibiscus syrup

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker over ice and shake vigorously. Garnish with pineapple. Strain into a fun glass.

 

OCEAN CITRUS GUAVA MARTINI

Ingredients

2 oz. Ocean Vodka

2 oz. Fresh lemonade

1 oz. Guava Nectar Juice

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker over ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass or tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon.

 

OCEAN GINGER LEMONGRASS MARTINI

Ingredients

2 oz. Ocean Vodka

2 oz. Limeade

½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Diced Ginger

Muddled Lemongrass

Pour ingredients into shaker over ice. Shake vigorously and pour in a martini glass. Garnish with a twist. 

 

OCEAN BLUE MILE MARTINI

Ingredients

2 oz. Ocean Vodka

2 oz. Pineapple Juice

1 oz. Blue Curacao

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker over ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass or tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon twist and drop in a gummy shark or whale.

 

POSEIDON’S OCEAN ROYALE MARTINI

Ingredients

2 oz. Ocean Vodka

1 oz. Dry Gin

1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker over ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass or tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.

 

OCEAN WATER

Ingredients

2 oz. Ocean Vodka

4 oz. Coconut Water

Muddled Mint Leaves

Dash of Agave Syrup

Muddle mint leaves at the bottom of a shaker. Pour remaining ingredients into shaker over ice. Shake vigorously and pour in a short glass of ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime or piece of coconut!

 

OCEAN STRAWBERRY LEMON DROP

Ingredients

2 oz. Ocean Vodka

1 oz. Fresh Lemonade

2 oz. Fresh Strawberry Puree

Fresh Fruit As Desired

Muddle strawberries in the bottom of a shaker. Add other ingredients and bruise. Pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon or mint.

 

OCEAN GIMLET

Ingredients

2 oz. Ocean Vodka

3 tsp. Fresh Lime Juice

Pour ingredients in a shaker over ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of lime and/or a sprig of mint.

 

ALOHA MARY

Ingredients

2 oz. Ocean Vodka

3 oz. Tomato Juice

½ oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

3 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce

2 Drops Tobacco

Pour ingredients into shaker over ice. Shake vigorously and pour in a tall glass  Salt and pepper to taste, garnish with fresh vegetables. 

 

OCEAN PINEAPPLE BASIL MARTINI

Ingredients

2 oz. Ocean Vodka

1 oz. Simple Syrup

¼ of a Pineapple

2 Large Basil Leaves

Tear organic basil leaves and place in the bottom of a shaker. Pour in 1 ounce of simple syrup and muddle together.  Juice 1/4 of the whole pineapple and pour into the cocktail shaker. Add 1 cup of ice. Pour 2 ounces of Ocean Vodka over the ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a basil leaf.

 

SPA COSMO

Ingredients

2 oz. Ocean Vodka

1 oz. Pomegranate Juice

1/2 oz. Cointreau

1/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Dash of Simple Syrup, if Needed

Orange Twist (or Cucumber) for Garnish

Combine in a mixing glass and shake with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with lime twist.

 

OCEAN UNDERTOW

Ingredients

2 oz. Ocean Vodka

1 oz. Amarula Liqueur

1 ½ oz. Cola

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker over ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a short glass and top with cola. 

 

OCEAN BLEU MARTINI

Ingredients

3 oz. Ocean Vodka

3 Bleu Cheese Hand-Stuffed Olives

Pour into a cocktail shaker over ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with 3 bleu cheese hand-stuffed olives. Top with olive juice as requested “dirty.”

 

OCEAN WATERMELON MARTINI

Ingredients

2 oz. Ocean Vodka

2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

2 oz. Juice from a Watermelon

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker over ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a floating slice of lime.

 

OCEAN CUCUMBER-MINTini

Ingredients

2 oz. Ocean Vodka

Muddled Cucumber

Muddled Mint

Muddle mint and cucumber in a rocks glass. Pour Ocean Vodka over ice. Garnish with a floating slice of cucumber and mint leaves.

 

OCEAN GREEN FLASH

Ingredients

2 oz. Ocean Vodka

1 oz. Fresh Lemonade

½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice

½ oz. Fresh Mango Juice

1 tsp. Muddled Lemongrass

1 tsp. Crushed Ginger

Muddle lemongrass and ginger in a shaker. Pour remaining ingredients into shaker over ice. Shake vigorously and pour in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a sprig of basil.
