Summer is here. And we know what that means. Lots of opportunities to enjoy light, refreshing cocktails…by the pool, seaside, on a hike, with your friends at sunset…(or you tell us)! In honor of all summertime voyages near and far, here are four excellent summertime cocktails you can enjoy, from the mixologists at some of Hawaii’s top restaurants. At the Luana Lounge at Fairmont Kea Lani
1 ½ oz OCEAN Organic Vodka
¼ inch piece of fresh ginger
1 oz fresh mango
3 oz lemonade
Muddle ginger and fresh mango in a shaker. Add OCEAN, lemonade, ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime twist.

1 ¼ oz OCEAN Organic Vodka
1 oz blood orange syrup
4 oz ice tea
1 lemon and 1 lime wedge
Shaken and poured over ice.

At Duke’s Beach House Kaanapali
2 oz OCEAN Organic Vodka
1 oz Cointreau
2 oz fresh orange juice
splash of lime juice
squeeze of lime
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a tall glass of ice and garnish with sugar cane stirs.

No Ka Oi 2 - MonkeypodNo Ka Oi
At Monkeypod Wailea, Monkeypod Koolina, Merriman’s Kapalua and Merriman’s Kauai
2 oz OCEAN Organic Vodka
5 Thai basil leaves
3/4 oz fresh Kula lime juice
1/2 oz Maui cane sugar simple syrup
1 oz lilikoi, egg white and Big Island honey mixture
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a Thai basil leaf.
